Late Cancellation (Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice): Patient charged ½ the cost of the visit.
No Shows (Appointments which patients do not call to cancel and do not show up). Patient charged the entire cost of the visit.
Late Appointments (Appointments where patients arrives 15 minutes or more late): Will be considered a late cancellation and patient will be charged for ½ the cost of the visit. Patient can reschedule immediately.
